<p>A hora da sobremesa é sempre uma tentação, mas há alternativas saudáveis e fáceis de preparar como esta espécie de cheesecake.</p>



<p>Em pouco tempo consegues preparar o teu &#8220;docinho&#8221; para depois do almoço ou para te ajudar a passar as tardes de maior calor neste verão. Vê o vídeo e as instruções no final.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredientes necessários:</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>20g de aveia</li><li>70ml de leite</li><li>30g de queijo Philadelphia</li><li>2 bolachas Maria trituradas</li><li>Compota de morango</li></ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Instruções de preparação:</h2>



<p>1) Coloque os 20 gramas de aveia num recipiente.</p>



<p>2) Junte 70 ml de leite (pode ser magro) e mexa de forma manual com uma colher.</p>



<p>3) Adicione os 30 gramas de queijo Philadelphia (pode ser de outra marca).</p>



<p>4) Triture as duas bolachas Maria e depois adicione as bolachas trituradas ao preparado. Mexa tudo muito bem.</p>



<p>5) Duas horas no frigorífico são suficientes para que o preparado ganhe a consistência certa. Depois basta adicionar compota de morango ou outro fruto q.b. e está pronto a servir.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Instruções de preparação:</h2>



<p><strong>1) </strong>Misture 150 ml de leite magro e 100 gramas de farinha integral num recipiente.</p>



<p><strong>2) </strong>Junte 25 gramas de aveia e mexa de forma manual com uma colher.</p>



<p><strong>3)</strong> Adicione dois ovos, as raspas de limão em quantidades a seu gosto e duas colheres de sobremesa de essência de baunilha. &nbsp;</p>



<p><strong>4) </strong>Misture tudo muito bem até conseguir uma massa homogénea, suave e sem grânulos.</p>



<p><strong>5) </strong>Entretanto, já com a placa pré-aquecida, coloque o preparado numa frigideira em doses iguais. Dica: pode utilizar a colher de tirar a sopa como medida para ter panquecas do mesmo tamanho.</p>



<p><strong>6)</strong> Quando estiver a fazer bolinhas é sinal de que pode virar a panqueca para cozer do outro lado.</p>



<p><strong>7) </strong>Com as panquecas já feitas, pode adicionar canela ou outro <em>topping</em> e fruta (nós adicionámos framboesas frescas) para acompanhar.</p>

<li>Salsa</li>
<li>Carne</li>
<li>Cebola</li>
<li>Alho</li>

<li>Cenoura</li>
<li>Tortilhas</li>
</ul>
<h3>Instruções de preparação:</h3>
<p><strong>1)</strong> Corte a salsa aos bocadinhos.</p>
<p><strong>2)</strong> Coloque a cebola e o alho num recipiente e cubra com maionese ou outro molho à sua escolha. Adicione a sala e mexa tudo.</p>
<p><strong>3)</strong> Ponha azeite numa frigideira e coloque a carne. Vá mexendo a carne enquanto esta está a cozinhar.</p>
<p><strong>4)</strong> Ponha azeite numa outra frigideira, coloque os cogumelos e deixe-os a cozinhar alguns minutos.</p>
<p><strong>5)</strong> Entretanto, leve a tortilha ao microondas entre 30 a 60 segundos.</p>
<p><strong>6)</strong> Chegou a hora de cobrir a tortilha. Coloque os cogumelos, a carne, adicione o molho e acrescente tomate, milho, alface e cenoura em cima do molho.</p>
<p><strong>7)</strong> Enrole a tortilha (certifique-se que a parte de baixo fica bem enrolado para o conteúdo não cair)</p>

<h3>Ingredientes necessários:</h3>
<p>500g de melancia (cortada aos cubos, sem sementes)<br />
2 copos de água fresca<br />
2 limões<br />
mel</p>
<h3>Instruções de preparação:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Coloque a melancia cortada no liquidificador e bata tudo.</li>
<li>Utilize um coador para deitar o sumo num recipiente. (Pode colocar a polpa caso pretenda uma bebida mais espessa).</li>
<li>Esprema dois limões, coloque o sumo num copo ou num shaker e adicione dois copos de água fresca.</li>
<li>Coloque duas a quatro colheres de mel e mexa durante algum tempo para o mel ficar bem dissolvido.</li>
<li>Junte a mistura ao sumo de melancia e mexa tudo.</li>
<li>Acrescente dois ou três cubos de gelo e a bebida está pronta.</li>

<li>2 ou 3 colheres de mel</li>

<li>Noz moscada (opcional)</li>
<li>Canela (opcional)</li>
</ul>
<h3>Instruções de preparação:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Coloque a proteína e glutamina em pó no liquidificador.</li>
<li>Adicione 3 claras de ovo.</li>
<li>Adicione uma banana cortada às rodelas.</li>
<li>Adicione a canela e a noz moscada (a gosto).</li>
<li>Coloque 2 ou 3 cubos de gelo e adicione 200 a 300 ml de água fresca.</li>
<li>Por fim, coloque duas out três colheres de mel.</li>
<li>Bata tudo.</li>

<h3>Ingredientes:</h3>
<p>300g de amendoins descascados (sem sal)<br />
óleo de amendoim</p>
<h3>Instruções de preparação:</h3>
<p><strong>1)</strong> Espalhe os amendoins numa forma e distribua-os bem de forma a ocupar toda a base.</p>
<p><strong>2)</strong> Cubra os amendoins com 3 ou 4 colheres de óleo de amendoim e mexa tudo de forma ao óleo ficar bem espalhado. Volte a distribuir bem todos os amendoins para que ocupem toda a forma.</p>
<p><strong>3)</strong> Aqueça o forno a 300 graus e coloque a forma lá dentro durante 10 minutos. Certifique-se de que abana os amendoins a cada dois minutos para evitar que queimem.</p>
<p><strong>4)</strong> Retire a forma do forno e utilize uma varinha mágica para bater os amendoins até formarem uma pasta.</p>
